Refund Policy

All payments for services provided by Leone Edwards Medium must be made in full and upfront at the time of booking.

As soon as payment is received, Leone will contact you directly to arrange a suitable day and time for your service.

Due to the nature of spiritual, intuitive, and energy‑based services, all sales are final.

Once payment has been made and the appointment confirmed, no refunds will be issued, except where required by law.

Refunds will not be granted for:-

• Change of mind after booking

• Failure to attend an appointment

• Same‑day cancellations

• Dissatisfaction with services where the full session has been delivered

• Discounted treatments, block bookings, or vouchers​

In exceptional circumstances, and only at our discretion, a rescheduled appointment may be offered.

Evidence may be required for emergency situations.
